WAIVER

RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

Agreement, Release, and Waiver of Liability

You should always consult with your doctor before beginning any type of physical activity. This form is an important legal document that explains the risks you are assuming by participating in activities with Her Wild Adventure. Please read it carefully and understand it in its entirety. Once completed, print your name clearly and sign in the spaces provided at the end.

Waiver, Informed Consent, and Covenant Not to Sue

I have voluntarily chosen to participate in a course, hike, coaching program, or outdoor activity organized by Her Wild Adventure, which may include but is not limited to hiking in mountainous terrain, physical exercise, somatic coaching in nature, or other related outdoor activities. In consideration of Her Wild Adventure’s agreement to instruct, guide, coach, support, or assist me, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Her Wild Adventure, its founder, employees, volunteers, contractors, affiliates, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, causes of action, liabilities, costs, or expenses, whether known or unknown, arising out of or connected to my participation in these activities, including any injury, illness, or damage that may result therefrom.

Assumption of Risk

To the best of my knowledge, I am in good physical and mental health and am capable of participating in outdoor physical activities. I understand that these activities may involve physical exertion, uneven terrain, changes in weather conditions, altitude, slips, trips, falls, or other unpredictable risks. I understand that participation in hiking or coaching activities may cause physical injury or exacerbate existing medical conditions.

I acknowledge that engaging in physical activity carries inherent risks, including but not limited to: sprains, fractures, overexertion, exposure to natural elements, encounters with wildlife, fainting, abnormal blood pressure, disorders in heartbeat, heart attack, anxiety, emotional triggers, or in rare cases, death.

I accept full responsibility for my own health, safety, and wellbeing. I understand it is my responsibility to consult a physician before engaging in physical activity and that by choosing not to do so, I am voluntarily accepting the risks involved.

I fully understand and voluntarily accept all risks associated with my participation. By signing this waiver, I acknowledge that I am waiving any right I or my heirs, representatives, or assigns may have to bring legal action against Her Wild Adventure, or any associated persons, for any injury or loss resulting from participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Permission for Photography and Videography

I understand that I may be photographed or filmed during my participation in activities with Her Wild Adventure. I hereby irrevocably grant Her Wild Adventure, its representatives, licensees, and assignees the right to use my image, name, voice, and likeness in photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes, including but not limited to use on websites, social media platforms, printed materials, and other publications.

This consent is given without expectation of compensation and shall survive the termination of this agreement.
