Hi, I’m Ilaria

II was born and raised in Turin, Italy, and moved to the UK at 19, nearly 23 years ago (yes, I’m 43 years old :-))

I’ve always had a deep love for the mountains and the outdoors, but living in London for many years disconnected me from that passion. In 2019, during a particularly challenging period navigating a narcissistic relationship, I began to reconnect with nature. Hiking and spending time in the mountains became a refuge for me, a safe space where I could heal, breathe, and reconnect with myself in a profound way. My love for the mountains grew beyond anything I had imagined.

Today, as a Qualified Mountain Leader & Guide and Narcissistic Abuse  coach, I’m passionate about helping others reconnect with themselves and live their most joyful, fulfilling lives. This passion inspired me to create the Dolomites adventure trips, and after the success of our first trip in 2024, I’m excited to offer even more opportunities for 2025.
