MEET TOM
Hi I’m Tom, the founder of Trekking Tom Experiences and a qualified Mountain Leader with a deep passion for the outdoors. I've always felt drawn to wild places, and today, the Lake District serves as both my playground and my inspiration. Whether it's hiking the fells, tackling challenging routes, or simply soaking up the views, I love helping others discover the joy and freedom that the outdoors can bring.
Before starting Trekking Tom Experiences, I honed my leadership and teamwork skills during my time in the Royal Navy, where I learned the importance of resilience, preparation, and supporting others. These values guide every adventure I lead, whether it's a gentle hike or a more technical challenge. My goal is to create experiences that are safe, inspiring, and unforgettable—helping people connect with nature and push their boundaries, one step at a time.
